* would enjoy flexible hours
*could offer cover around Barnabas timings as well as caring for younger siblings
*would like the support of working with an established provider
*appreciate the benefits of a ready made client base ....

The childminder would be quite independent of Barnabas but we would anticipate working on a mutually beneficial basis that would hopefully provide longer hours of childcare than we can offer alone.

£11.00 / hour term time only
Up to 34 hours per week to be negotiated

Your role and responsibilities
The role of Early Years Practitioner includes being a proactive member of the outstanding Barnabas team in the provision of high quality inclusive play and learning opportunities for all children attending the setting. To work alongside colleagues to provide a safe, welcoming, purposeful, stimulating and encouraging environment both indoors and outdoors. To be Key Person for a small group of children.
You will need:
· A minimum of a Level 3 early years qualification
· At least 3 years experience of working in early years or primary education
· The ability to engage with the children in fun, engaging and challenging experiences to ensure they reach their full potential
